My wife and I had been watching the market recently and thought our property may have increased in value enough to apply to remove our PMI. Although we were hopeful, we were anticipating having to pay out the full 4 years of PMI. I reached out to Sharilynn to see what here insight was on our home value. Within 48 hours of our inquiry she had supplied us with a competitive market analysis. The information she had provided for us gave us the insight we were looking for. We decided to move forward with the loan company and apply to remove our PMI. After six weeks and jumping through the loan company and appraisers hoops, our PMI has been removed from our mortgage. She did not pester us with phone calls pushing houses we weren't interested in, but she did check in once in a while to see if we needed to refine the search. It took us a long time but she never seemed impatient. Once we found the house we wanted, she was incredibly helpful.
