I am a native Oregonian, born in Hillsboro and raised in Beaverton. In my younger years, I moved around Portland multiple times, and I can honestly say I have lived in ALL the quadrants of Portland. I have been a full-time career Realtor in Oregon since 1995. Working in the same industry for 31 years, I have been a witness to the many changes from additional pages to the sales agreement, deletion of the promissory note, removal of client trust accounts, the addition of disclosures and more disclosures. With document changes there have also been technological advances in how Realtors conduct business. From the brick phone, flip phone, to the new fancy smart phones that functions as a wingman. Fax machines are now obsolete, digital signatures are IN, and the time it takes to write an offer to submitting it to a listing agent can be less than an hour. This is an ever-evolving industry that keeps me challenged and driven to always do more and better. I am licensed as a Principal Broker in Oregon and to further serve my clients, I have additional designations as MCNE – Master Certified Negotiation Expert and SRES – Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Being a Realtor has enriched my life in so many ways from the people I meet, to the schedule I keep that has allowed me to be available to my daughter, coupled with the testimonials and referrals of satisfied clients are what totally keeps me hooked. I love doing what I do. It is my mission to make every transaction for my clients feel almost effortless, fun, exciting, timely, and as expected. Sometimes there are twists and turns, but with effort and effective communication, there is resolution. I do take pride in my work, and I believe it shows.
